Butt & Lower-Body Excersices - Demo
As described previously, the 12-week fitness challenge includes 18 unique workouts.
Each lower body workout, like the core sessions, lasts 16 minutes and includes 7 exercises performed in two sets: between sets 👉 swap the body side in exercises where needed.
All workouts are designed to use only your body weight. No extra equipment is needed.
The challenge alternates between core-focused and lower-body (butt and leg) workouts, ensuring balanced muscle engagement. These sessions are tailored for both beginners and intermediate-level participants, making them accessible yet challenging.
